Nightly RV site rentals are often a good option for occasional trips, while RV lot ownership is designed for those who return regularly and want a more consistent experience. Nightly rentals can mean changing availability, rising costs over a full season, and repeated setup and relocation. Your RV remains set up and ready. For many owners, this results in a simpler, lower-effort routine.

  • Your site is accessible all year long, however it can not be your main residence. The lots are zoned as recreational property.

  • The monthly fees cover power, water, sewer and use of the resort amenities.  Fees are $248 per month.

  • RV lot owners enjoy access to on-site resort amenities during the operating season.

  • We have a variety of sizes available near the beach, docks and boat slips!

  • RV lot owners are typically couples or families looking for a settled summer base, a quieter resort environment, and a place they can return to year after year.
